Below are 24 reviews from Chattanooga customers, published exactly as they were written — typos, extra exclamation points, and all. Shoffner Piano Movers doesn’t edit or cherry-pick reviews before they go on the site, and most of the names customers mention are our own crew, called out because they’re who actually showed up on move day. Every one of these is currently a five-star review, which is exactly what we’re aiming to keep true on the next 24.
Book Your Piano’s Rigging Date
A written quote by piano type — confirmed by phone, photos, or a walkthrough, never a guess
The same crew chief runs your job from pickup to final setdown

Chattanooga piano families, in their own words — nothing edited out
Every review we’ve collected, all 24 of them, stays right here exactly as it was written — nothing gets filtered out before it goes live, good or middling alike.
