We schedule around the event, not a fixed clock-out time. If load-out slides past midnight because the reception ran long, the crew is still there when you need them.

Do you offer a standing arrangement for a school or church that moves a piano several times a year?▾

Yes — repeat bookings qualify for a discount on the written quote, and we try to send the same crew each time so the venue's staff isn't explaining the building layout from scratch.
